Spanisch durch Musik und Popkultur Lateinamerikas
Beyond textbooks and traditional language courses, we explore how the language comes alive in the street, in songs and in the identity of Spanish-speaking communities.
This workshop invites you to discover Spanish from a new, authentic perspective: through the music and pop culture of Latin America. Beyond textbooks and classical language courses, we will explore how the language comes alive in the street, in songs and in the identity of Spanish-speaking communities.
Through an interactive and participatory approach, we will learn colloquial expressions, decipher the meaning behind song lyrics and immerse ourselves in the sounds that have shaped social, cultural and artistic movements in Latin America.
No advanced level of Spanish is required. The workshop is aimed at people with at least A2 level, but the language and materials will be adapted to the level of the participants so that everyone can take part and benefit. The most important thing is curiosity and a desire to learn together.
