A Midsummer Night’s Dream – Exhibition Opening
Impressions of a joint theatre project
To mark its 30th anniversary in 2026, the team at Teatr Brama in Goleniów has set itself a major project: to bring Shakespeare to the stage together with all the town’s theatre and music enthusiasts, involving not only their own dedicated members but also friends from Greifswald, and to explore together what Shakespeare has to say to us in 2026.
The project was a resounding success, with the theatre filled to capacity at every performance.
Through images, props, sound and video, the multimedia exhibition shows how an idea can become a shared, community-building experience, and what we can achieve when we overcome cultural, social and generational barriers.
