Experience spring in the Karrendorf meadows
The Michael Succow Foundation invites you to the Karrendorfer Wiesen.
On marked trails, you will walk through the salt grassland of this special coastal flooded moor with exciting insights into its development, biodiversity and importance for climate protection.
The three-hour excursion is accompanied by federal volunteers from the Michael Succow Foundation. The start is at the Groß Karrendorf car park, from where the trail leads to the bridge in front of Koos Island.
In spring, skylarks, lapwings and numerous waders and waterfowl can be observed here particularly well.
