Torque evenings for men
Guest: Arno Backhaus - From chaos child to bon vivant
"Backhaus was expelled from four schools during his school years in Kassel and had to repeat a school year three times"... this is how the Wikipedia article about our guest begins. His biography is anything but straightforward and conformist: Arno Backhaus looks back on over 50 years as a singer-songwriter ("Arno&Andreas"), author of numerous books and action artist. The self-proclaimed "e-fun-gelist" and "Missio fool" is legendary for his extraordinary street campaigns, which have got many people talking about God. In recent years, he has also become interested in raising awareness about ADHD and paying more attention to creative potential.
We are looking forward to this evening and are excited to hear what Arno has to tell us about the moments of his life.
Torque is a series of events for men, organised by members of various Greifswald church communities.
The evenings take place in the KFZ-Werkstattthalle in Bahnhofstr. 44d (at EKZ Gleis4).
