InnerFlow Ceremony for the Winter Solstice
A cocoa ceremony as a mindful break – to pause, let go and find a new sense of inner balance during the darkest time of the year.
The winter solstice marks the longest night of the year and, at the same time, the turning point at which the light slowly returns.
The InnerFlow Ceremony invites you to pause mindfully, to honour the past, to let go and to focus on what lies ahead.
