Theatre is about the joy of acting, building self-confidence, experiencing one’s body, developing one’s presence, being brave and revealing something of oneself.

Above all, however, it’s about finding balance through fun, laughter and sharing amusing and exciting moments by creating playful scenes. There’s a lot to it. And that’s what the course is all about. First and foremost, having a good time as a group and, through various exercises, gaining an initial taste of theatre, trying your hand at short improvisations and taking that energy back into your everyday life. The course is aimed particularly at beginners who haven’t yet plucked up the courage to take part in improv theatre. Go for it!

The four-part course begins on Monday 2 November 2026 and will always take place from 6.00 pm to 7.30 pm. The final session will be on 23 November 2026.

Courses offered by the Vorpommern-Greifswald Adult Education Centre are aimed at people aged 14 and over.
