Upcycling workshop: Research vessels of the future
Upcycling during the summer holidays: Instead of ending up in the yellow bin as usual, old packaging found its way into the museum’s creative workshop.
In the process known as ‘upcycling’, plastic waste is given both a material and a conceptual upgrade. Based on their own sketches, participants create interesting ships and research stations. Imagination, artistic creativity and technical understanding are all equally important in this process.
