Anke Ortlieb reads in High German and Low German from "Sünndachskinner" and "Mäh! Maa! Möh!" The story "Sünndachskinner" from the "Lesereise MV" follows on from "Mäh! Maa! Möh!" and tells how farmer Heini, Moppel, Rosa and Fuch find each other. The illustrations for this story are also by Anke Ortlieb.

The "MV Reading Journey" accompanies children from nursery to school. For the next three years, every child in MV will receive the reading book as a gift in the last year of nursery school before starting school the following year.

The exhibition in the Koeppenhaus aims to present the book project to a wider public. Original illustrations by Kristina Andres, Alina Bernhardt, Gertrud Fahr, Jakob Knapp, Ulrike König, Anke Ortlieb, Anne-Christin Plathe, Tine Schulz and others are on display.

The project sponsor Aktion Sonnenschein M-V e.V. from Greifswald realised the book with many partners from our federal state at Carlsen Verlag, and in April 2026 the book will be distributed for the first time to daycare children in the state who will start school in 2027.
