Picnic, music, flea market and fire brigade tradition: Ladebow celebrates good neighbourliness

On Saturday, 13 June 2026, the association "Unser Ladebow e.V." invites you to a big summer picnic. From 11:00 a.m., the Greifen Fahrzeuge Greifswald GmbH (MAN) festival meadow will be transformed into a lively meeting place for young and old. The aim of the day: to celebrate good neighbourliness, get into conversation and get to know each other (again).

The programme offers highlights for every taste:
- Musical: From 14:30, the Greifswald Wind Orchestra and Mrs Christel Zerger on the electric piano will provide the right summer atmosphere.
- Historical & information: The traditional train of the Greifswald fire brigade presents its impressive historical vehicles and provides catering for the guests. In addition, the Greifswald Volunteer Fire Brigade will be providing information about the new fire station in Ladebow from 14:00.
- Market activity & fun: A flea market invites you to browse (registrations are now being accepted by e-mail at ladebow@mail.de), while children can let off steam on the tree climbing adventure. The popular carriage rides through Ladebow will also be offered again.
- Community: Various organisations present their work before the day comes to a sporting conclusion with the traditional tug-of-war.

Important note for visitors: In order to enjoy the real picnic atmosphere, all guests are asked to bring their own blankets or chairs.
