Art project with local residents

Every year, art-cube realises an art project for and with the residents of Karl-Marx-Platz, the location of the art cube. This year, interested residents were given a jar of the colour pink to paint objects or materials of their choice - and return them for the exhibition in the art cube CUBIC. In the spirit of exchange, i.e. giving and receiving, we played PINK - PONG together.

The result is a room speckled with pink, like a dream in pink - and a painted picture in 3D. The colour radiates, covers and yet reveals the painted everyday objects. Slender objects become lines, objects become splashes of colour and come together to form a fresh structure.
