Nordic piano music

Tähe-Lee Liiv is one of the outstanding talents on the Baltic piano scene. She has won numerous national and international piano competitions, including the live talent show "Klassikatähed" on Estonian National Television (2020).

Her programmes are highly individual, focusing on composers from her Nordic homeland and sometimes combining them with key works from the Baroque, Classical and Romantic periods. In 2023, she released her debut album, which presented the complete piano works of Arvo Pärt for the first time.

She has been studying with Sir András Schiff at the Barenboim-Said Akademie in Berlin since October 2022.

The programme includes works by Ester Mägi, Edvard Grieg, Arvo Pärt, Magnus Lindberg and Einojuhani Rautavaara.
