Let’s not beat about the bush. The world is a vale of tears. Something is constantly happening that leaves us feeling tired, helpless, angry – or all four at once.
As I write this, we don’t even know yet what that fourth thing is that it does to us. But by the time you read this, something else will surely have happened again. You know it yourself.
Seen in that light, it’s almost astonishing just how much fun stuff keeps happening undeterred. But you might not always notice it unless someone tells you about it.
That’s what this programme is all about.
Stories that are told and read aloud. By me. Just as usual, really. Except that these are new stories. Set in the here and now. And yet they’re still very funny. Or perhaps precisely because of that. There are also tips on how to make the most of things, despite everything.
