Workshop contact and dance improvisation

The dance workshop "relax and dance" will take place on December 13, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Hans-Fallada-Straße 1 in Greifswald. A lively end to the year is planned with dance and contact improvisation. The focus of the event is on loosening muscles and mental relaxation so that all the joy of the dance encounter can unfold. On the one hand, sequences of bodywork and meditation will be guided. On the other hand, the workshop offers a wide range of opportunities to explore flowing contact in improvised dance. The spacious dance room leaves room to breathe and spread out.

There will be a break for refreshments. Please bring your own food and drinks! We also recommend warm socks, comfortable clothing and a cozy blanket if needed.

The offer is aimed at all people who like to move freely and are keen to experiment. Participation is also possible without prior knowledge.
