Exhibition on the topics of women's visibility, promotion of women, family friendliness, gender-sensitive aspects in basic medical research and sexualized violence & discrimination against women

The exhibition presents current campaigns and projects of the University Medicine Greifswald on the topics of visibility of women, promotion of women, family friendliness, gender-sensitive aspects in basic medical research, but also sexualized violence and discrimination against women. The University Medical Center Greifswald employs almost 5,000 people. Around 180,000 patients are treated in the various clinics and facilities every year. In these contexts, the issues mentioned above play an increasingly important role. The surveys and projects are accompanied, managed and evaluated by the Equal Opportunities and Anti-Discrimination Office of the University Medical Center under the direction of Dr. med. Stine Lutze and Prof. Dr. med. Sylvia Stracke and the data is prepared and presented to the public. The exhibition will give you an insight into the MUT campaign of the University Medical Center as well as the interdisciplinary InkE project.

The exhibition will be opened on Orange Day on November 25 at 6 pm in the Small Town Hall Gallery. Orange Day is a day of remembrance and action to combat all forms of discrimination and violence against women and girls.
