On a tour through Schönwalde, students from the nationwide DNK workshop will be able to experience what the different types of lanterns tell us about the Christuskirche and the neighborhood.

For a week, students from the nationwide workshop of the German National Committee for Monument Protection were out and about in Schönwalde. They collected stories about people and buildings, approached the different types of lanterns and the special places they mark in the district through dance and photography. On the tour through the district, they use words and movement to show what we can learn from the spatial concept of the Christuskirche and what diverse uses there are in the vicinity. The meeting point is on the forecourt in front of the Christuskirche, duration around one hour, registration is not required, no fee is charged.
