In free dance, every step is right and you find your very own expression.

I invite you to discover which movement impulses arise from within you! What emerges in contact with yourself and others?

This course gives you the opportunity to connect with your body in the here and now. You will feel what is there and pay attention to yourself. You have time and space for dance movements that arise from this: small, large, flowing, hesitant - anything goes. You experience your expression alone and in contact with the other dancers. We are accompanied by music and sometimes also by silence.

The course is for women and men aged 18 and over.

Ivonne Drößler, your course instructor, has always loved to dance. In the period 2017-2019, she completed a one-and-a-half-year training course to become a leader for curative dance. In addition to free dancing, she is always trying out various dance styles, such as hula 'auana, contemporary, contact improvisation, belly dance and currently contemporary dance.
