Poetic lyrics over floating jazz chords blend into a haunting, heart-wrenching world of sound in which stylistic contrasts blur and the music is reinvented for the moment.
Thomas Krakowczyk aka Nat King Thomas grew up in jazz dives, studied guitar, arranging and composition and has performed as a guitarist, singer and trumpeter in Paris, Madrid, St. Petersburg and New York. After nineteen years in Hamburg St. Pauli, he spent fourteen years living with his large family, horses and many animals at the Eichenmondhof in Königsmoor. In his music, he mixes jazz chords, blues melodies and R&B grooves with German lyrics.
