Greifswalder Orgelsommer

Organ - Liesa Schubert

Liesa Schubert was born in 1995 in the small Mecklenburg town of Parchim. Her musical family introduced her to the recorder and cello at an early age before she discovered her love of the piano at the age of 8. From 2013-2018 she studied accompaniment for musical theater at the HMT Rostock. While working as a repetiteur at Theater Münster for two years, she decided to change careers and took organ lessons. From 2020-2023 she completed a Bachelor's degree in Church Music at the Lübeck University of Applied Sciences under Professors Arvid Gast and Franz Danksagmüller. Since September 2023 she has been working as a church musician in the Ev.-Luth. Ufergemeinde Rostock.
