Public guided tour of the OZEANEUM

"Off into the blue sea!": The tour in the OZEANEUM takes you into the underwater world of the northern seas, past original-sized whale models and shows the sea on our doorstep. 60 minutes | 4 € plus admission

Discover the rich diversity of the northern seas in modern architecture: our expert guides will accompany you through the various exhibitions and along numerous aquariums throughout the OZEANEUM. Embark on a journey into the underwater worlds of the northern seas - from the Baltic Sea to the open Atlantic. Three impressive whale skeletons await you in the light-flooded foyer of the museum. Join us in the "Stralsund Harbour" aquarium in search of well-camouflaged animals such as the flounder and be fascinated by rays, sharks and schooling fish in the "Open Atlantic" aquarium. In the "1:1 Giants of the Seas" exhibition, you can look a full-size blue whale model straight in the eye.

The one-hour public tour presents highlights of the OZEANEUM. Afterwards, you can explore the museum on your own.
Meeting point: Under the fin whale skeleton on the first level.

Tickets are available in the online shop or at the museum ticket office.
